Summary

Transfer governorship of the rETH Vesper Pool to On Chain Governance.

Abstract

As a first live/public test of Vesper DAO’s on-chain governance, the rETH Vesper Pool will  have its governorship transferred to on-chain.  Once completed, functions that were previously handled by the Vesper team’s multi sig will now be handled by Vesper DAO esVSP voters.

Some examples of operations that DAO voters will be able to propose/vote/implement once the pool’s governorship has been transferred:

• Add a new strategy
• Pause/resume pool activities, such as deposit/withdraw
• Update fee parameters
• Update FeeCollector in strategy
• Migrate strategy to a new version

Expectations

Transfer governorship from Vesper team multi sig to Vesper DAO On Chain Governance for the rETH pool.  Run testing afterwards before proposals to expand this to additional Vesper pools.

Transfer governorship from Vesper team multi sig to Vesper DAO On Chain Governance for the rETH pool within 10 days after approval.
