I'm proposing a 5,000 USDC business line of credit with a 7.00% APR and 248-day maturity for Ade Dehye (AD). Thurman is sponsoring the origination fee and interest on behalf of AD. 

AD is an ethically and sustainably produced fashion line that is based in Ghana. The business works with textile artisans from across West Africa to source fabrics that are cut and sewn in Accra, and also upcycle fabrics into new garments. The founder, Akintunde Ahmad, is the co-owner of a popular community-centered Oakland coffee and wine shop called**** Kinfolx**** and also serves as the Marketing and Communications Manager for**** ESO Ventures.

AD would use the line of credit to purchase fabric for its Spring/Summer 2024 release. This would allow AD to have more working capital and additional funding for marketing campaigns.
