I'm proposing a 5,000 USDC business line of credit with a 7.00% APR and 155-day maturity for The Davis System LLC (TDS). Thurman is sponsoring the origination fee and interest on behalf of TDS. TDS is a proud black-owned, and woman-owned, social impact firm, founded in 2021 to provide grassroots organizing strategy to candidates, organizations, and communities across the country. Since its inception, TDS has worked with clients such as Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey; Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley; former Congressman Joe Kennedy's organization, Groundwork Project; and the Harvard Kennedy School to name a few.

In early September, TDS became the first borrower to repay their debt using our community lending pool. TDS is seeking funding to support the launch of a project it will be managing for Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley. The project will require TDS to bring on temporary part-time employees to help with community engagement and outreach. These funds will allow TDS to supplement paying for this help while awaiting payment for the project.
