I'm proposing a 2,500 USDC business line of credit with a 7.00% APR and 62-day maturity for The Davis System LLC (TDS). TDS is a proud black-owned, and woman-owned, social impact firm, founded in 2021 to provide grassroots organizing strategy to candidates, organizations, and communities across the country. Since its inception, TDS has worked with clients such as Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey; Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley; former Congressman Joe Kennedy's organization, Groundwork Project; and the Harvard Kennedy School to name a few.

In early September, TDS became the first borrower to repay their debt using our community lending pool. They will use the funds to bolster their business's technological capabilities, specifically through the acquisition of new laptops and a high-quality camera for our new in-house photographer/videographer. These vital tools will empower them to improve their productivity and operations; improve the content they are capturing and sharing; and elevate the quality of their services.
