As we've discussed, The Davis System has the opportunity to be the first borrower for our protocol. **I'm proposing a 1,000 USDC business line of credit with a 7.18% APR and 30-day maturity. ** The Davis System, LLC is a proud black-owned, and woman-owned, social impact firm, founded in 2021 to provide grassroots organizing strategy to candidates, organizations, and communities across the country. Since its inception, The Davis System has worked with clients such as Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey; Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley; former Congressman Joe Kennedy's organization, Groundwork Project; and the Harvard Kennedy School to name a few.

Their two largest clients pay $11,000 and $9,000 monthly. One client is the Organizing Accelerator, a program powered by the NAACP and Groundwork Project. The other is the Coalition for a Resilient and Inclusive Waterfront, a Boston-based coalition made up of over 60 non-profit organizations.
