As we approach the vote for our first proposed borrower, first we have to build a voting process with the right length for community members to make informed decisions. I'm proposing to change the governance settings to values more conducive to that goal.

The average amount of time the Ethereum blockchain takes to produce a new block is roughly 12 seconds. The ThurmanDAO uses the number of mined blocks to calculate the duration of governance settings.

The current governance settings have the following values:

Voting delay: 0 blocks (around 0 seconds) Voting period: 225 blocks (around 45 minutes) Time delay: 1 block (around 12 seconds)

I propose changing the governance settings to the following values:

Voting delay: 7,200 blocks (around 1 day) Voting period: 21,600 blocks (around 3 days) Time delay: 21,600 blocks (around 3 days)
