## Abstract

This proposal aims to increase the delay in the TimelockController contract from 10 minutes to 2 hours to enhance security and provide more time for community review of proposed transactions.

## Motivation

The current 10-minute delay in our TimelockController is too short to allow for proper review of proposed transactions by the community and the Security Council. This short timeframe could potentially allow harmful or erroneous transactions to be executed before they can be properly vetted or challenged.

## Rationale

Increasing the delay to 2 hours aligns with our DAO's commitment to security and transparent governance. It provides a more reasonable timeframe for the community and Security Council to review and, if necessary, respond to proposed transactions. This change supports our guiding principle of prioritizing the long-term health and security of our game ecosystem.

## Specifications

We will use the `updateDelay` function of the TimelockController contract to change the delay parameter. The new delay will be set to 7200 seconds (2 hours).
