I propose that Spectral creates a 'Staking Mechanism', such that any user who stakes SPEC in a special staking contract, receives SPEC rewards any time a user of Syntax performs an action that costs either SPEC or Gas Tank points

This could be a great way to incentivise users to hold SPEC
