This proposal mandates to move forward with the suggestions by the legal team to:

- RnDAO LLC (Marshall Isands entity) to incorporate a Propesera LLC entity (or failing that as per restrictions of the Operating Agreement of RnDAO LLC, to request Ixian to incorporate said Prospera LLC entity). - for the Propespera LLC entity to then incorporate a HoldCo as a Cayman Islands company

Additionally, this proposal : - appoints OrgD&Ops Unit as an agent to oversee the details of the design and incorporation of these entities as per the intent set in the recommendations provided by Ixian - set the legal agreements between the entities (to be ratified by each entity's governance)
