By passing this proposal, RnD Ventures grants Alexander and Daniel the authority to perform the tasks listed below and make decisions as needed, also give multisig signers to vote on and execute proposals based on the Investment Committee’s decisions.

• Decide on investments: Approve ventures joining RnDAO, approve Entrepreneurs in Residence to start the EiR program, and approve EiRs graduating to ventures.
• Contract (re)negotiations with ventures.
• Actively contribute to the weekly functioning of the Investment Committee:
  • Help assess ventures.
  • Vote on Investment Committee decisions.
• Attend coordination, strategy, and alignment meetings and contribute to outcomes in collaboration with others.
• Authorize
