This proposal aims to approve the recovery of RealTokens for user 0x4d1c3755caec8511eabd539b3ffd57447b64adab in accordance with the new functionalities established by RIP00008. Context
In accordance with RIP00008 approved by the DAO, the new repayForRecover and recoverByGovernance functions of the RealToken Wrapper allow the DAO to manage special cases of RealToken recovery.

The user has lost access to their address and satisfies the prerequisites by fully repaying their debt associated with the concerned RealTokens. Recovery is necessary to allow the user to regain full ownership of their tokens.
