# [RGP-21] Foundation Org Proposal 2024

1. Transfer 400,877 USDC from the Radicle Treasury to a multi-sig controlled by the Foundation Org to support the 2024 work of the Operations, Strategy, and Governance Committee, as well as Foundation administration.
