This PTBR extends the current POOL incentives for another year.
Scope of Work
Goal
The goal is to distribute ownership of the PoolTogether protocol. This proposal is intended to be the first of several proposals that distribute the remaining supply of POOL tokens.
For context: POOL governance holds approximately 2.44m POOL directly, and 741k POOL indirectly through LP positions.
This proposal distributes about 2/3 of the remaining supply of POOL. The expectation is that the rest of the supply will go to new chain deployments.
The amount is slightly greater than the current rewards, as the POOL vault is now included among the incentive recipients.
Milestones & Deliverables
We will distribute 2M POOL across the chains according to this distribution:

Each chain will distribute rewards using the new PrizePoolTwabRewards contract (delivered in PTBR-24). This contract distributes incentives to all vaults that contribute to the prize pool, including the POOL vault. In this way, the incentives are permissionless and even vaults created after the program begins will be eligible to receive rewards.
Timeline
We will start the incentives immediately after this proposal passes. The incentives will run for one year.
Budget
