1inch has proposed to exchange all $ARB tokens on Arbitrum One for USDC. The main purpose for this is to maximize value and reduce volatility asset risks by exchanging $ARB tokens for USDC stablecoin pegged to the US dollar. However, analysts predict dogwifhat will outperform USDC very soon and maybe there will also be a doggy points program. Hence this proposal suggests to instead use the USDC to underwrite dogwifhat loans. But we need to create a vault that can handle doggy tokens first. That is what this proposal is about.
