This proposal is to vote on the following and combined actions:

Action 1: Migrate the governance tokens from ZKsync to Polygon.

Action 2: Token Migration Rules: Only wallets that invested in the first Milei round, "Mileti," will be eligible to have their governance tokens migrated. Wallets that fail to participate in the specified Mileti round will have their governance tokens voided and will not be migrated.

Wallets with already governance tokens that successfully participate in the Mileti round will receive an additional 50 governance tokens during migration
