This proposal aims to change the composition of Merlin Fund 2 in terms of the tokens held.

Specifically, it wants to replace the percentage of the AAVE token currently in Merlin Fund 2 with the same percentage of the SAND token.

By voting IN FAVOR, the AAVE token will be replaced with the same percentage of the SAND token.

By voting AGAINST, the composition of the fund will remain unchanged.
