I just happened to notice that this DAO has no barrier to anyone creating Proposals on-chain. Is that intended? If not, vote for this proposal!

This proposal will raise the proposal threshold to "1" meaning you will need 1 NFT to be able to create a proposal on-chain.

As a note, I am not a member of this DAO. So if you don't agree, don't vote for this proposal.
