Proposal: A monthly UGC contest
Reward top #MPH clips posted on socials monthly
Goals:
- Recognize & encourage quality content creation
- Get more people to cover what's happening with the project
- Grow the ecosystem in members, reach and engagement
Total Budget: 100 000 karrat tokens (20 000 karrat tokens per month)
Length: 5 Months
Prizes per placement in the monthly contest
1st place: 3000 karrats
2nd place 2000 karrats
3rd place: 1500 karrats
4th-10th: 1000 karrats each
11-20th: 500 karrats each
How it works: 5 steps each month
- Mods form a new council of 10 holders volunteering in MPH discord
- Clips are posted all month on socials with #MPH & council tracks them
- Clips can also be submitted into a clip channel on MPH discord to not get lost
- The council chooses the best clips together on the last day of each month by voting in a meeting, using these five criterias: Quality, Creativity, Engagement, Reach, Timeliness
- Winners get paid, and the council of 10 holders + 5 mods get 100 karrats reward each
Additional clause:
MPH Mods have the right to adjust the token amounts given to winners + the number of winners without needing approval
- Potential adjustments must be announced on MPH X+discord in the first 5 days of a new contest month to maintain transparency
