Currently the Inedible Coin contract admin is my wallet (0xc93356bdeaf3cea6284a6cc747fa52dd04afb2a8). This admin does not have the ability to mint tokens, add taxes, or in any other way hurt users. It only has the ability to add more exchanges to the addresses that are limited to only 2 transactions per block.

Currently our Uniswap V2 pool is limited, and a Uniswap V3 pool that a community member made is limited, but none others are on the list. By voting yes on this proposal, the DAO will be accepting admin ownership of the token so that they can add and remove dexes as needed.

This functionality probably shouldn't be necessary very often, but it's something that the DAO should control rather than one individual.
