This proposal transfers the HELLOWORLD treasury from the DAO wallet to the official Ohara company wallet to establish the Ohara Creator Fund. The Creator Fund will be used exclusively to reward creators based on the engagement and impact of the mini-apps they publish. Centralizing the treasury under the company wallet allows Ohara to (1) administer rewards reliably, (2) align incentives between app creators and the broader ecosystem, and (3) ensure ongoing transparency and reporting on how funds are distributed. This change enables Ohara to launch a sustainable, long-term rewards engine that directly benefits active builders using the platform.
