This is a re-post of a request for MMM's S19 budget.

The last transaction was sent to the GTC token contract instead of the MMM Multisig. Details of the incident have been outlined in this governance forum post: https://gov.gitcoin.co/t/incident-regarding-mistransferred-treasury-funds/16683

MMM is requesting funds to be able to pay contributors + opex for 2 months:

• Sept: $105,000
• October: $135,000 (this includes costs for DevConnect and severance payments)
• Total: $240,000

Any funds leftover from this amount at the beginning of November will be calculated in MMM's S20 budget request, which will be staggering their budget request from the rest of Gitcoin.
