Community Management/Manager Q2'2025
While the market has been quiet and for the community there seems to be little new with DCDAO/RingEco in Q1 we did a lot of transition work. This work was laying the ground work for the necessary transitions to streamline the DAO and reduce overall DAO operating cost to the Ring Ecosystem. We discussed and executed transitions of the Community Growth Manager and the Treasury specialist. We also transitioned to Ambassadors to support KtonDAO and HelixBox. There is a lot to be done in Q2 but we are well along our way.

1.0 Objectives & Actions
1.1 DCDAO Development
- Continue to support the transition of DCDAO to a Guild under RingEcosystem.
- Continue to manage the DAO Staking.
- Update the Weekly News that is being supported by June.
- Continue to strengthen our Ambassador program.
- Support Saso as he works to build up KtonDAO and build utility for KTON.
1.2 Community Education
- Work with June to provide more educational content for DCDAO medium.
- Support the governance of RingDAO.
- Continue engaging our community with the weekly Quizzes and help them to learn about Darwinia/RingDAO.
1.3 Community Management
- Continue to interact with the community as needed to support them.
- Continue to maintain our communities to keep them free from scammers and other issues.
- Support the Ambassadors in the projects and ideas they want to see move forward.
- Engage the community to be more active in Darwinia/RingDAO/KtonDAO Governance.
- Work with Furqan and others in pushing our marketing forward.
- Supporting the transition away from the Steering Committee to a roundtable approach.
1.4 Treasury Management
- Manage the monthly budget for DCDAO.
- Manage the distribution of salaries.
- Manage the quarterly funding request to RingDAO.
2.0 Funding Support
The revised for Q2'2025 funding support is approximately 3200 USD/month. Here are the details.
2.1 Ambassador Program Monthly Expense
Within 1500 - 2000 USDT/month(the will be paid by Ring)
2.2 Advocate Program Monthly Expense
Closing down and if anything is done will be paid from the available funds.
2.3 Community Manager Monthly Salary
1200 USDT
