Background
As DCDAO undergoes project adjustments and budget streamlining, we need to optimize the organizational structure and improve operational efficiency. In this context, we propose eliminating the Treasury Specialist role and reallocating its responsibilities to the Community Manager Program to ensure a more efficient approach to treasury operations while maintaining review and security support from the multisig team.
Proposal Details
1. Elimination of the Treasury Specialist Role and Budget starting from April
- Given the simplified treasury management needs, the Treasury Specialist role is no longer a necessary expense.
- This budget adjustment will further optimize resource allocation, focusing on more critical DeFi operations and community development.
2. Integration of Treasury Specialist Responsibilities into the Community Manager Program
- The Community Manager will take over the day-to-day treasury management and operations, including:
- Fund allocation and management (executed according to established procedures).
- Transparency and periodic treasury reporting.
- Financial communication with the community and team.
- The multisig team will provide free review and security support to ensure the safety of multisig management.
3. Alternative Sponsorship Opportunity for Nada
- If Nada seeks sponsorship or continued involvement in the RingDAO ecosystem, we suggest exploring opportunities in Phase 3 AI Agent of DeGov.AI, as this area aligns well with Nada’s skills and experience.
