3. Protocol Operator: 0x3517F0cA55ee096218677a8ba105fFCC734c6c4C Role: Manage protocol configuration

After successful protocol deployment and configuration new proposal should be submitted to confirm the authenticity of main CVEX smart contract on Arbitrum One by it's address.
