Price: USDC 2100 USDC - 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery on July 24 ***The previous Base BD proposal of terms on performance-based compensation and referral fees to the referrer stays as is,  and is not impacted by this proposal.

Completion Date: 3 months starting from April 24 - until the end ofJune

**** Content Guild business development and client partnerships 3-month work. This proposal sets work items that are included in the base pay and also sets a precedent for a dual operations framework where everyone and every CG member is incentivized and paid to bring in client work while the Base BD takes on the client relationships, understanding needs and creating a response as well as taking care of closing the deal and passing it into the execution. This operation model is focused on serving clients the best and following up after to make it seamless and credible for the CG while we are building our portfolio and creds.

What - Deliverables**: 

This work includes the below items with a base pay of 700 USDC a month and sets the rules of operations 

• Understand client needs and respond: Reach out to existing and new (hot leads )clients referred in - ensure there are around 10 convos a month.
• Communication with partners - explanation, scoping, itemise, follow up and agreements 

• Bring in additional work from existing clients: Follow up with existing clients - payments, quality check, additional work

**Foster Relations:

• Aid clients and CG members in the delivery of the work and payments. 
• Find the right people within CG to deliver. 
• Facilitate CG members onboarding who are going to deliver 
• Encourage and facilitate the members and the wider network to bring in partners.

****Keep the house in check: ** 

• Keeping treasury tracker up to date and ringfencing client money 
• Keep BD processes and materials up to date. 
• Keep CRM up to date, Learnings and capturing the NOs to be able to change direction if we need to. Updates twice a month to the CG team. The base fee does not include referrals and cold outreach commitment.
