Passing this proposal will update the following parameters on the Governor contract:

Background

• Currently, there are 8 Editor NFTs. We want to adjust the quorum parameters so that at least 3 Editors are required in order to pass a proposal. The Governor contract calculates quorum as a percentage. 3 out of 8 is 37.5%, so setting quorum to 35% will require 3 votes while avoiding any potential collision math.
• The voting period on the Polygon Governor is set to 4 days. The Arbitrum Governor calculates time based on blocks. Arbitrum blocks are ~0.25 seconds. The Arbitrum block equivalent of 4 days is 1382400 blocks.
  • 1382400 blocks * 0.25 = 345,600 seconds
  • 345,600 seconds / 60 = 5,760 minutes
  • 5,760 minutes / 60 = 96 hours
  • 96 hours / 24 = 4 days
