1. Burn all BTM currently held by the original foundation, including:

(1) Foundation’s operational funds

(2) Previously repurchased BTM by the foundation

(3) All BTM that were not exchanged for the new token in time

If this proposal is approved, the foundation will no longer hold any BTM, and will only retain the function of using future revenues to repurchase and further burn BTM.

2. Change the DAO proposal initiation threshold from the current 10 million BTM to 2.1 billion BTM, completely freezing the treasury-held BTM.

1、销毁原基金会现持有BTM，包括：

（1 ）基金会运营资金

（2）过往基金会回购BTM

（3）所有未及时兑换新Tokn的BTM

如本提案通过，基金会将不再持有任何BTM，仅保留未来收益回购并进一步销毁BTM职能；

2、将DAO提案标准进行更改，从目前的1000w BTM发起改为21亿BTM才可以发起，从而事实上冻结金库BTM。
