Alignment with BOB DAO Mission:

• My involvement with BOB began on Day 1 of the project's launch, in early 2024. But, I’ve been following the BOB team since 2022, well before the BOB concept even existed, when they were still building a trustless Bitcoin bridge for another multichain ecosystem. During that time, I was actively involved on the community side, helping raise awareness about the project and supporting new community initiatives.
• This strong level of commitment has only intensified since the announcement of BOB. I have enthusiastically served as a BOB Evangelist, specifically catering to the Japanese user base by creating educational content, providing support for beginners, and personally organizing and hosting offline community meetups.
• Given my deep and long-standing involvement with this project, I have an unwavering passion to continue providing steadfast support, even as the ecosystem transitions into a self-governing DAO that requires autonomous and sustainable contribution.
• I am also one of the top BOB users, having actively participated in all three seasons of BOB Fusion. I’ve gained extensive experience and witnessed firsthand the evolution of the BOB ecosystem into what it is today: the No. 1 Bitcoin DeFi ecosystem.

• After thoroughly examining the governance framework, I concluded that the area where I can offer the most impactful contribution is by driving the Growth and Ecosystem of the project.
• I bring a decade of professional experience as a System Engineer at a Japanese consulting firm, specializing in system development. In addition, I have been responsible for creating detailed system manuals and providing comprehensive operational support for over 100 staff members. Through this role, I have personally assisted thousands of individuals with limited IT familiarity, giving me a deep, practical understanding of common user pain points and the specific moments where errors are most likely to occur. This user-centric perspective is directly transferable and will be invaluable for strengthening content creation and user support within the BOB ecosystem.
• Crucially, the Japanese user base within BOB remains underdeveloped. Japan was one of the earliest adopters of BTC, famously accounting for nearly half of the world's daily BTC transaction volume in 2017. As a native Japanese speaker, I am uniquely positioned to proactively engage and attract high-quality Japanese investors to BOB, working strategically to broaden our user demographics and market penetration.

Vision as a Delegate:

My foundational and paramount commitment as a Delegate is to act strictly in the best interests of all BOB token holders.

• Long-Term Focus: Upon the launch of governance, I pledge to prioritize long-term sustainability over short-term gains, advocating for and supporting proposals that strategically reward token holders who are committed to BOB over the long term.
• Community Amplification: I will actively synthesize, summarize, and champion feedback gathered directly from the BOB community, utilizing these insights to draft preliminary proposals for necessary policy adjustments and improvements.
• Institutional Outreach: In my capacity as a representative of the DAO, I will proactively engage with Bitcoin-holding corporations, institutions, and high-net-worth investors within Japan, encouraging their participation in the BOB ecosystem.
• Fostering a Culture of Self-Sufficiency:I will help establish a strong culture of user participation during the launch phase of the BOB DAO.For any DAO, the most critical factor in its early stage is how effectively it can cultivate an environment where users actively take part.Many governance proposals will likely involve complex topics.I will break these down into clear, easy-to-understand explanations and foster a community atmosphere where discussions are active and diverse opinions can be exchanged.
