Achieving a quorum for a proposal in the Blockswap DAO requires the participation of at least 200 million BSN tokens. However, due to the limited distribution of BSN tokens currently in circulation, reaching the necessary quorum may prove to be challenging. To address this, multiple proposals and temperature checks are advancing to a vote simultaneously. This approach ensures that the proposals’ advancement generates enough community interest and engagement, rather than being hindered by the limited availability of BSN tokens.

In total, 360,000,000 BSN tokens will be moved from the Blockswap DAO treasury to be used in the methods outlined above. All remaining undistributed tokens will be reallocated to the BSN DAO Treasury.

Once the tokens are out of the DAO treasury, Snapshot can be used to determine additional details if required by the proposals, amendments, and temperature checks. Certain proposals have estimated timelines that are already underway. The proposals and timelines that involve a council such as Zero ETH Club and Grants for Stakehouse LSD Networks Contributions may require an update to ensure a quality council is initially formed.

All seven items above will pass simultaneously. Blockswap Labs will be entrusted with all execution, implementation, communication, design, and everything else that goes with the Proposals, Temperature Checks, and Amendments. This will be done to the best of their ability and contingent on what is technically and logically possible at the time.

The community can continue to put up proposals as ideas or to signal their desire to be involved.
