Summary
This proposal initiates a one-time test transfer of 100 AWE from the AWE Treasury to a designated Gnosis Safe multisig wallet on Base. It will bypass the standard Ideation and Temp Check phases to expedite execution and validate the onchain governance flow.
Rationale
This is a technical test to confirm the functionality of the AWE onchain governance system on Tally. Before proceeding with larger treasury proposals, it’s critical to validate:
- Proposal submission and formatting
- Treasury execution of token transfers
- Timelock functionality and transaction triggering
- Safe receipt of funds by a Gnosis multisig
This test will provide full-cycle confirmation of the governance tooling and execution environment.

Execution Plan
