The following vote tests the interaction from the timelock with arbitrary contracts.
It interacts with a simple TestSwitchTimelock calling the turnOn() function which is accessible by anyone and setArbitrary(bool) which is only accessible by the Timelock (0xdC554207e4EE62bB05AeC99b3D2C6ab2106D6442)
