This proposal asks for a vote with no onchain actions to carry out.

Devs are proposing to call the removeCreator() function to set the admin key to the 2018 Angel and Accessory contracts to the 0 address.

This will ensure no further NFT collections can be minted and will lock supply.

This has always been our intention to burn it, and now seems like enough time has passes since the mint that we don't expect other issues to come up.
