Proposed Configuration

Background:

• Original EcoFund carveout was 23.5% of network
• Forth DAO Treasury owns 5,133,813 AMPL, so 42.34% of original EcoFund carveout is liquid (not counting the 412K AMPL and 498 ETH in Uni v2 and 130K AMPL in Mooniswap which will be reclaimed)
