Summary

Transfer the entire balance of the a token and WETH currently held by the Timelock (the DAO treasury) to a dedicated buyback operations wallet. The wallet will use these funds to buy back the a token from the open market.

Rationale

The project has gone quiet and lost on-chain momentum. A sustained, market-driven buyback program is meant to revive the project: bring steady buy-side pressure, support liquidity, rebuild holder confidence, and signal long-term commitment to the community.

Mechanics

• Buybacks are executed gradually over time, never as a single large order.
• Purchases are spread across randomized times and randomized sizes, so the program is unpredictable and hard to front-run, and so it produces a continuous, organic flow of buys instead of a one-off spike. The goal is to keep the chart and the community alive.
• The buyback wallet only executes purchases of the a token; it does not hold the funds idle beyond what is needed to operate the program.

Amounts

• a token: the full Timelock balance (~300,000,000 a).
• WETH: the full Timelock balance (~14.76 WETH), used as the buying capital.

Accountability

The buyback wallet address and all of its on-chain activity are public and can be tracked by any holder. Buyback progress will be reported back to governance on a regular basis.
